Vegán Eper torta

A torta alapja datolyából, mandulalisztből, kakaóból és kókusz olajból készül. Erre kesudióból készült krémet teszünk, melyet eper pürével ízesítünk és vegán tejszínnel lazítunk. A torta tetejét epres dekor fénnyel díszítjük.
A torta tej, glutén és tojásmentes.

Vegan strawberry cake

The base of the cake is made from dates, almond flour and coconut oil. It is topped with a cream made from cashew nuts flavoured with strawberry puree and loosened with vegan cream. The top of the cake is decorated with a shiny decorative glaze with strawberries.
The cake is milk, gluten and egg free.
