Epres csokoládés keksz torta

A torta három lapját csokis-kekszes rumos öntettel áztatjuk. Pudingos, tejszínes Biscottino ízű kekszkrémmel töltjük, melyet rétegenként erdei szamócával gazdagítjuk. Oldalát csoki darával, tetejét tejszínnel, közepét pedig erdei szamócás feltéttel fényezzük.

Strawberry chocolate biscuit cake

The three sheets of cake are soaked in chocolate-biscuit rum sauce. We fi ll it with custard, creamy Biscott ino fl avoured biscuit cream, which is enriched with wild strawberries layer by layer. We decorate the sides with grated white chocolate, the top with cream, and the middle with wild strawberries.
