TEJSZÍNES TORTÁK
Mascarponés eper torta
A torta alját és oldalát epres piskótacsigák alkotják, majd ezt megtöltjük mascarponés, túrós, tejfölös tejszínkrémmel. Krémet kis fűszeres (fahéj, citromhéj) eperpudingos halmocskák gazdagítják. A torta kívülről már csak egy vékony zselés dekorfényt kap.
CREAM CAKES
Mascarpone-strawberry cake
The bottom and sides of the cake are made up of sour strawberry sponge cakes rolls, then this is filled with mascarpone, curd, sour-cream cream. The cream is enriched with tiny spicy (cinnamon, lemon peel) sour strawberry pudding heaps. As a final touch, the outside of the cake is finished with a thin jelly décor.
